AB Obesity remains one of the most widespread problems endangering the healthy development of the children of the 21st century. It is extremely difficult to deal with a problem that has been in existence for many years, both from a financial and time perspective. The ideal way to eliminate this disease remains in its prevention. Prevention is extremely efficient but it must be built on solid grounds of knowledge and experiences. The following article therefore summarizes how to deal with the making of these effective prevention strategies, the support they require and what should be included in them, since preventing these issues can be as complex as the disease itself.
